We kick off our first 1:1 intensive session with a thorough reality check—taking stock of what’s going on for you right now.

We’ll explore what areas in your life you feel stuck or out of alignment and what changes you deeply desire. 

(Maybe it’s setting better boundaries, feeling more confident in your decisions, or finally having the space to breathe without constantly overthinking. Whatever it is, *this* is the moment you allow yourself to get really raw and honest with yourself.)

At this point, it’s not about giving you more strategies or asking you to “try harder.” (I’m sure you’ve experienced that enough before.) 🙅‍♀️

Instead, it’s about going deep and understanding the root of what’s *really* holding you back—the beliefs, fears, and automatic responses running the show at the core without you even realizing it.

You’ll also better understand the past-present dilemma– why you feel stuck and how your past experiences continue to shape your present reality. (and how to break through that cycle!)

By connecting the dots between your past and present, we uncover the subconscious beliefs and emotional blockages, allowing you to clearly understand what needs to shift.

Step 2: Build A Strong Internal Foundation

In Step 2, we begin the deep subconscious work of your transformation – clearing the specific limitations and blockages identified in Step 1. 

When creating effective and lasting change, working with the subconscious mind is an absolute game changer because this is where your deepest, most ingrained beliefs, fears, and patterns live.

Imagine these patterns operating like automatic programs running in the background, influencing your thoughts, decisions, and behaviors without you even realizing it—every single day!

Often, when we want to change a habit or how we think about ourselves, we hit a barrier, indicating that these outdated patterns are still running on autopilot beneath the surface.

These “barriers” are intended to keep you safe, even though specific patterns may no longer be helpful today.

This is why even the best conscious efforts and mindset tools—like setting goals, creating routines, or adopting new habits—often are ineffective.

You might make progress temporarily, but these old programs will always pull you back into old habits and ways of thinking, making lasting transformation difficult.

💡 This is why we focus heavily on working with (instead of against) your subconscious mind right from the beginning.

This will save you so much time AND frustration as you no longer manage symptoms and go through endless cycles of “pulling back layers after layers,” – making the change feel like swimming upstream.

We kick things off with the first 3-4 two-hour KNR® and hypnosis sessions (out of the ten we’ll do throughout the program, spreading two sessions over a month).

Step 3: Step into your new identity

Step 3 takes the powerful deep subconscious reprogramming work you’ve done further.

NOW it’s time to fully *integrate and embody* these shifts into your daily life by living out the new beliefs through conscious actions

The internal subconscious work does most of the heavy lifting.

It probably accounts for 80% of the change—clearing out old beliefs and emotional blocks, freeing you from automatic patterns and behaviors—making it easier to shift and make new choices in alignment with your new identity. 

However, while subconscious reprogramming makes it easier to act differently, it’s *crucial* to consciously choose those new behaviors in your daily life.

Without this conscious effort – even after the subconscious shifts – the unwanted patterns can resurface, and it’s easy to fall back into old habits. 

(This is why you want to consciously participate in your transformation (pssst…this is the remaining 20%) to solidify your results!)

Unfortunately, the majority of people out there have this completely backward.

Either they try really hard to change, relying on the conscious mind for probably 80%, if not 100%, of the time – missing out on the incredible power of the subconscious work.

Or, on the other hand, people think their lives will magically change just by listening to a few hypnosis scripts without them doing anything 😏

The crux is to COMBINE both elements.

This is why both pieces—subconscious and conscious work—are equally important, each in its unique way. 

It’s also something that’s often overlooked in other programs, which is why we ensure that the integration phase reinforces the changes and goes hand in hand with what is happening beneath the surface.

As the old patterns are removed, you’ll find yourself at a choice point in your daily actions: a split-second moment where you get to decide to act differently and break free from the old cycle.

By diving deep into where you want to go and defining what *success* looks like for you, you’ll eliminate the frustration of chasing goals that don’t feel aligned or authentic to *who you are* at the core.

You’ll be diving deeper into subconscious reprogramming (more KNR® & Hypnosis sessions!), focusing on two things:

  1. You’ll resolve the remaining outdated patterns identified at the beginning of the program (your personalized “Belief Breakthrough Blueprint” from Step 1 will come in handy here), PLUS 

  2. You’ll resolve patterns that aren’t aligned with your vision for the future (you weren’t even aware that might pop up as we do the value and vision work in Step 4)

What does this all mean?

You’ll dig deeper into fears and clear away hidden self-sabotaging behaviors and emotional blocks tied to your health, wealth, relationships, and overall success. (Finally, say *goodbye* 👋 to perfectionism and people-pleasing for good!)

Let’s see what this 5-step process looks like in the *wild* and what results my client K. experienced with this transformational work.

Before joining the 5-Month VIP Coaching Program, K. felt overwhelmed and drained. She was constantly exhausted and dealt with stress in multiple areas of her life. 

She poured all her energy into her professional life—giving 130% and working hard for the promotion—because she always felt that no matter how hard she worked, it never felt enough.

Finally, as K. continuously took action toward her dream future, she faced limiting beliefs and emotional blocks related to her goals arising throughout the journey.

She has been optimizing her belief system (Step 5), which allowed her to fully embrace her new identity and live a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

The 5-step process supported her to gain clarity, build a strong internal foundation, integrate positive changes, and ultimately align her actions with her vision for the future and *live* it.

Why so much subconscious reprogramming? Will I ever be done with this work?

The quick answer is – probably not. (Because life is a journey, you know 😉)

Let me explain *why* you want to fall in love with your growth. 

Continuing this deep subconscious work is essential for long-lasting, transformational results. 

When you step into your future version of yourself, it’s *completely normal* that more blocks and limitations will come to the surface that you couldn’t see before. 

(Remember, these patterns are designed to keep you *safe* – not happy or successful… Next level → next devil 😏)

Also, keep in mind that it gets EASIER the more patterns you clear, and the results snowball.

Imagine your subconscious mind as the basement of a house.

It holds all of your past experiences, memories, deeply ingrained beliefs, and patterns (good and not so good) that shaped YOU (= your current identity) over all these years. – Still impacting you today!

Meaning your subconscious is cluttered with old, outdated *stuff* = thoughts, beliefs, patterns, and emotional baggage that no longer serve you. 

I wish I could tell you otherwise, *BUT* when we start to clear out these old beliefs, it’s not enough to tidy up one small spot – like dusting off the desk in the front right corner and calling it done – hoping that the rest of all the stuff (= *garbage*) will magically disappear on its own. 

Clearing this space isn’t a one-time task! 

Let’s be real—even though you cleaned one spot, if you step back and look at the whole basement, the rest is still messy, isn’t it?!

Think of it as preparing for a garage sale.

You wouldn’t just throw out a few random things and leave the rest of the clutter behind, wouldn’t you?! 

And I know that’s kind of a rhetorical question here. 😉

Instead, you’d do a proper clear-out – sorting through everything, deciding what’s no longer needed, and letting it go for good so you can feel spacious and experience true freedom.

And even if no one takes those items, you wouldn’t just bring them back into the house! 

(You’d find another way to get rid of the stuff that you *consciously decided* you no longer want—whether that’s donating or throwing it away—because you’re committed to clearing that space.)

It works the same way when it comes to clearing out limiting beliefs from your subconscious to create your dream life.

You can’t create a new future from the known past experiences. 

Meaning that you can’t carry your old baggage into the future and expect the future to look different from the past. 

As the famous Albert Einstein said,


“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”


It doesn’t work!

That’s why we need to thoroughly clear out everything that’s no longer useful and blocking you from living your best life. 

We’re not just scratching the surface. 

We go deep to clean up the basement, creating space for new empowering beliefs that align with your new self, PLUS your big-picture vision …. so you can pursue your beautiful dreams and goals and make them a reality.

(Caution ⚠️: that DOESN’T mean that you need to clear *every* block or limiting belief *before* you can start to take action.

Releasing the old layers of yourself is an ongoing process, and taking action is always part of it. That’s why this program is exactly designed as it is.)
